Founded by experienced professionals and family offices based in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, SPB Partners seeks to partner with selling principals. Our strategy is quite different from the traditional Private Equity firms with whom we are grouped. We partner with great entrepreneurs who have an established business and are looking for a value-added partner to continue to build their business. Our investments originate as a result of, among other things, a need for growth capital, acquisitions, management buyouts, or just “taking a few chips off the table.”

In general, we prefer a business within a growing industry that possesses:

• recurring and growing revenue
• high operating margin
• proven cash flow
• diversified customer base
• headquarters within 1 hour flight of Las Vegas, NV or Los Angeles, CA
• and significant barriers to entry or opportunities for consolidation
